Banana pancakes

3 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 banana

2 cups (whole wheat) flour

2 cups plant milk

2 tbsp baking powder

2 tbsp vanilla extract

1 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp maple syrup

Oil to keep the pancakes from sticking to the pan


METHOD

1. Mash the banana in a large bowl until it has a semi-smooth consistency.

2. Add the flour, baking powder, sea salt and vanilla extract.

3. Pour in the almond milk while stirring.

4. Add the maple syrup and mix well.

5. Set the pan on the stove and pour a drop of oil in the pan to keep the pancakes from sticking

6. When the pan is heated up, scoop the batter with a deep spoon and put it in the middle of the pan.

7. turn when the top has dried up and the other side is baked enough.


Tip for athletes

Mix one scoop of protein powder with 225 grams of flour to make protein banana pancakes.
