Healthy breakfast wrap

Looking for a healthy breakfast good for hitting your macros? Look no further. This healthy breakfast wrap is done in under 15 minutes and contains 33g of protein, 28g carbs and 21g fat.

INGREDIENTS


1 whole egg + 3 egg whites

1 wholemeal wrap

Handful of spinach

3 slices tomato

salt, pepper and garlic powder

Sliced avocado (about 50g)

Spicy mayo (sriracha, light mayo, lemon juice)

METHOD

1. Mix the one whole egg and the egg whites as if making an omelette and pour into a frying pan. Put the wholemeal wrap on top of it and cook.

2. When cooked, flip. Put the spinach, tomato slices, salt, pepper, garlic powder, avocado and spicy mayo on top of each other in the center, as if you're making a burrito. Fold the two sides over the toppings.
