Ideal if your time in the morning is small but your appetite big. This breakfast'll leave you filled for hours after eating it, ensuring you to have a great day -- with less in between snacking.
BREAKFAST - 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
45 grams rolled oats
2 tbsp peanutbutter
3 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
1-3 tsp maple syrup
125 ml almond milk
1.5 tsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
Extra toppings
Peanut butter
Banana slices
Caramel
METHOD
1. Take a container (mason jar or anything else you can store it in overnight) and put the rolled oats, vanilla yoghurt and almond milk in. Stir them together.
2. Then add the peanut butter, maple syrup and dark chocolate chips and stir them in.
3. Optionally top with banana slices, peanut butter and caramel.
4. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight and when you wake up you've got an amazing-tasting breakfast.
TIPS
Add chia (or any other) seeds for extra health benefits
Leave out the oats and put it in the freezer for a while to get ice cream.
