Today's workout is one for the couples, because coupled up or not, it's valentines day - and what better way to celebrate Valentine's Day than to get physical with your significant other. If you're single and still wanna do this workout, you're more than welcome to. You can instead ask a friend and do the workout drunk. That's two problems solved. Or, if you don't have any of those either, just use a table or hightened surfaces to do this workout on. Because let's be real, workouts are great whatever day it is.
